I like to remind people that the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil stood next to The Tree of Life, it was Not part of it. We can extend that, as Jesus is Life and Truth so if the Tree of Life is also Truth the good and evil are lies, something to think about... as we cannot be saved by our own good works.
The more I see this Hag-alien dialect the more it feels like evil v greater evil. White witch v black witch. We were not supposed to eat of the knowledge of good anymore than the knowledge of evil.
